    Good Morning everyone,
Kandy i love the IOW....Especially the gardens at Ventnor:dbgrtmb:
it's raining here this morning but everything looks fresh.....i'll be tittivating around the pond again this morning...it's a ridgid liner and we didn't put enough care into it when we did it some 20 years ago:doh:so after cutting one or two plants back it leaves some edges exposed and looks unsightly so i try to disguise it with some pea gravel.....it tidys it up:dbgrtmb:
Have a lovely day everyone, take care

    Good morning everyone,

Loli,i would like to live on White but it is just a question of persuading Mr Kandy that he wants to to:snork: Yes we managed to do Ventnor when we finally lost the old dog and we loved the little lizards scuttling everywhere and we got some good photos of a Dragonfly that had just emerged out of it's case in the pond the first time we visited there:biggrin:

Shiney, too late for the overdoing things.Been doing it for the whole time we have had the lottie so suffering for it now:eeew:Hope your back is a lot better now :blue thumb:

Moyra, we are having to dig up the spuds as blight has hit them finally and the slugs have started on them as well so need to get them up before we lose the whole lot.Our peas are only just starting to swell, only three carrots, no parsnips, and only six fennel, although the beetroot and celeriac are doing well and the spring broad beans are also doing well but no pears about a dozen plums on two trees and only three apple trees fruiting so it is a bad year all round:eeew:so hope you have had a better year with your veggies :blue thumb:

Hope Woo,Penny and Kaz are all ok:smile:

    Enjoy your day everyone:SUNsmile:

      Aloha everyone,

Kandy, you be careful with your back :). Mine's OK at the moment and I'm into my fourth day of pressure hosing. This time I'm trying to make sure I don't overdo it. :dbgrtmb:

Our plums are very poor this year and the pears are almost non-existent but the apples aren't too bad.

Keep well, everyone, and have a great day

      Aloha!

        Aloha Everyone,

Arh Kandy and I thought your lottie was doing well. Shame about the blight you'll have to be careful with your back too. My veggies are all done now. The peas were very early was tempted to sow some more but decided against it the way the weather was. The onions only produced a row of spring onions but the beetroot were quite successful pulled and cooked them reasonably small as that is the way we like them. Carrots were good too. So apart from the tobacco crop which is doing well and the odd three tomato plants all is done now.

Take care and have a lovely day everyone. Aloha!:wub2:

          Good morning everyone,

There's no need to tell you the temperature here, still hot, but we did get some more rain yesturday, so that helped!!

Have some laundry on the go, floors are mopped, Diesels been out for his pee, Natalie just left for work, Kait goes in later.

I'm off to get some more coffee, and then out to do a bunch of errands for Brad.

          Enjoy your day everyone.

            Good afternoon all,
You've got me desperatley wanting to go back to the IOW Kandy...going to have a flick through some of our old photos later...just to bring back memories:dbgrtmb:....
I hope everyone is ok and going steady:dbgrtmb:
Poor Tiddles...aka Theodore...he's suffering terribly with his skin:sad:....i think it's a reaction to ant bites....can't find any sign of fleas and Archi is ok...the poor little furry man looks exhausted with itching....i also think he may have a grass seed in his foot but he is of such a manic nature he won't let me try to help........he's going for a trip to the 'doctors' tonight to try and get him sorted out ....
I've been at work today so will have to catch up with the garden tonight ...weather permitting.....
            Have a good evening everyone:SUNsmile:

Oh poor Theo, he could have an allergy of some sort. Chloe used to suffer with exzema badly. Certainly had nothing to do with fleas as she was done regularly every month as is Amber now and by the sound of it your boys too. Possibly the heat as he does have a heavy coat. I hope the vet can sort him out.

            Evening all ,
Theo back from the Docs....he has got something in his foot:frown: he has to go back in the morning to have it lanced under general anesthetic....the vet seemsto think he could have an allergy but said he'll sort his foot out first and then see about allergy blood tests at a later date....i'm taking him in the morning and going to ask if they'll do his bloods whilst he's 'under'...'Kerching' but i'd rather do it in one go rather than another anesthetic....i don't like those things....:th scifD36: my poor little man will be stressed enough so i need to be there when he wakes up.....he's such a happy little soul and nothing really phases him but his brother is most concerned:) he was sat at the door waiting for him to come back...he really does fret over him....as long as we get Theo sorted out i don't care....Furry kids eh....:phew:

              Aloha Everyone,

Loli poor Theo, lets hope they sort him out and as you say do his bloods at the same time. Might be hard working out what his allergy is though. Good luck hope he will be back on form soon. Amber sends woofie kisses to your lovely fellows.

Kaz I rather felt like going back to bed myself but instead went and cut the grass at least that is done and out of the way.

              Aloha! :wub2:
