Thanks Marley as I have saved my original post which I tried to post 7 times I can now give it another go:

    Aloha Everyone!

♪♪ Harmonious tones ♫♪ coming from the site this morning. Thank you WOO and Loli.
Shiney you are right this heat is cracking up all the garden but it is too hot for me to go out there to water it other than the stuff in pots.

Have a good day everyone, I am staying in in the cool.

    Aloha! :wub2:

Well sometimes threads can get a bit unstable when they are hovering around the 1000 mark & as the old thread was nearly there I think that may have been the problem..
Just glad all is working for you now Moyra.. :yahoo:

Great, thanks Marley it had to be the size as I was having no problems with the other threads. It was weird how it actually signed me off the site but when I logged on again from favourites I was still in?!

I don't know about everyone else but the midges or mozzies are certainly having a meal of me this year. Must get something to deter them.

Thanks Kaz for the welcome back!

They make a be-line for me too Moyra & I know they always assciated Lavender water & old Aunties :heehee: , but you know Moyra I have found that to be very effective this year, especially when I am in the garden, usually need something stronger for walking.. I think perhaps the old Aunties had something there.... ;) :heehee:

              Welcome back, Moyra

It's too hot for me to stand out there watering, as well, but I pop out there every so often and move the sprinkler. :dbgrtmb:

Lavender is traditional as a bug repellant. Oil of lavendar applied around ankles and wrists helps stop them get inside clothes.
